Agenor Leão de Almeida Junior's Digital Technology Vice President of Natura. He joined the company in June 2012. Graduated in the Federal University of Bahia in Data Processing, attended also MBA in Business Management from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), Post Graduate in Strategic People Management at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting of the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP ) and LDCs in the Institute of Higher Company Studies (IESE) of the University of Navarra.
For 13 years he worked at Vivo, leading large projects, such as the technological integration of the corporations that have given rise to the telephone company.
Vice President of International Business
Natura’s International Business Vice-President, he is in charge of the Company’s operations in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, France and new international markets. He has been with the Company since 1990, and he held different positions, such as Director of International Businesses, Commercial Management and Innovation Director, Brazil’s Commercial Management Director, General Manager in Peru and Operations Manager in Argentina. Erasmo Toledo graduated in Economy at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), and is a post-graduate in Finance Administration at Universidade de São Paulo (USP); he attended the Management Development Program at Auccion Escuela y Negocios (IAE – Argentina), and also attended courses at Institutions such as Don Cabral, INSEAD and Amana-Key on Advanced Management.
João Paulo Ferreira
Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA from the University of Michigan in the United States.
Acted as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Unilever, where he worked for 20 years. He joined Natura in 2009, in the position of Vice President Operations and Logistics, and later was in charge of production areas, International Operations, Sustainability and Vice President of Networks, responsible for our commercial area.
José Roberto Lettiere
Executive Vice President and Finance; and Executive Director, Investor Relations
José Roberto Lettiere holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in Sao Paulo and a post-graduation in Finance. Attended several development programs, such as Executive Development Program from Graduate School of Business – University of Chicago, Mastery Reengineering Finance Program - Hammer and Company- Boston, Leadership Program from INSEAD and Corporate Governance from IBGC. Career developed in consumer goods multinational companies. Started at Unilever in 1986 as a trainee, where he worked for 17 years in Finance strategic positions and as a General Manager in Brazil and abroad. Between 2004 and 2008 he served as Finance Vice-President at PepsiCo do Brasil Ltda. From 2009 to April 2015 he was CFO at Alpargatas S/A. Elected CFO of the year in 2012 by the IBEF (Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives): winner of the equilibrist award.
Lettiere is the Executive Vice-President of IBEF.
Josie Peressinoto Romero
Vice President of Operations and Logistics
Josie Peressinoto Romero is Supply Chain VP at Natura, responsible for the end to end processes of Purchasing and Materials Management, Logistics Planning and Innovation, Manufacturing, Quality, Project Engineering and Customer Service. Started her career at Natura in 2010 as Global Supply Chain Planning Director. Before that, she occupied several leadership positions at local and regional basis in Unilever. Her last position was a Supply Chain VP for the Latin America Home Care business. Josie is Food engineer and has participated in Executive Programs at Pennsylvania State University, Harvard, INSEAD and JIPM (Japan).
Vice President of New Business
Robert Chatwin is Natura’s Vice-President responsible for New Business. His responsibilities include new brands, new businesses and the internationalization of the Natura brand beyond Latin America. He is also Chairman of the Aesop Board. Robert is an Economist and holds an MBA (Dean’s list) from IMD in Switzerland. He is also a UK Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). Before joining Natura in July 2010, he held different positions at Royal Philips Electronics, such as global CEO for Philips AVENT, Vice-President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Strategy and New Business Development for the Consumer division based in Amsterdam and for Philips LATAM in São Paulo, Brazil. He also worked as Investment Banker, focused on M&A execution, at HSBC Investment Bank in London, and at KPMG Corporate Finance in London and Brazil.
Andrea Figueiredo Teixeira Álvares

Andrea holds a degree in Business Administration and has built her career in notable multinational companies. In her most recent position, she led one division of PepsiCo Latin America. Prior to PepsiCo, where she worked for fifteen years, she acted as new business grouper and brand manager at Procter& Gamble in Brazil for seven years.
Director of Human Resources
Flávio Pesiguelo holds a degree in Business Administration from FASP (Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo) and holds an MBA in Business Management from Dom Cabral Foundation.
With experience in people management, organizational development, compensation, strategic planning and sustainability, he worked for 10 years at Unilever Brazil in the areas such as Organizational Development and Compensation Strategy.
For 16 years at Natura, he has worked in leadership development, training, people management and business strategy. In 2007, he assumed the position of Director of Human Resources in Brazil. In 2009, he was Director of Human Resources for International Operations, responsible for organizational development, sustainability, and strategic planning in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and France. In 2013, he assumed the Management and Business Model for International Operations.
In March 2016, he returned to Brazil to take over the Human Resources Department with a focus on people, organizational development and culture.
