Agenor Leão

Vice President of Digital Technology

Agenor Leão de Almeida Junior is Natura’s Digital Technology Vice-President. He joined the Company in June 2012.

He graduated in Data Processing at Universidade Federal da Bahia; he also has an MBA in Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), as well as Post-graduation work in People Strategic Management at Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade of the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP). He is also PHD from the IESE Business School, at Navarra University.

Agenor worked for 13 years for Vivo, leading large projects, such as the corporation technologic integration that originated that telephone company.

José Roberto Lettiere

Executive Vice President and Finance; and Executive Director, Investor Relations

José Roberto Lettiere holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in Sao Paulo and a post-graduation in Finance. Attended several development programs, such as Executive Development Program from Graduate School of Business – University of Chicago, Mastery Reengineering Finance Program - Hammer and Company- Boston, Leadership Program from INSEAD and Corporate Governance from IBGC.

Career developed in consumer goods multinational companies. Started at Unilever in 1986 as a trainee, where he worked for 17 years in Finance strategic positions and as a General Manager in Brazil and abroad. Between 2004 and 2008 he served as Finance Vice-President at PepsiCo do Brasil Ltda. From 2009 to April 2015 he was CFO at Alpargatas S/A.

Elected CFO of the year in 2012 by the IBEF (Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives): winner of the equilibrist award.

Lettiere is the Executive Vice-President of IBEF.

João Paulo Ferreira


Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA from the University of Michigan in the United States.

Acted as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Unilever, where he worked for 20 years. He joined Natura in 2009, in the position of Vice President Operations and Logistics, and later was in charge of production areas, International Operations, Sustainability and Vice President of Networks, responsible for our commercial area.

Robert Chatwin

Vice President of New Business

Robert Chatwin is Natura’s Vice-President responsible for New Business. His responsibilities include new brands, new businesses and the internationalization of the Natura brand beyond Latin America. He is also Chairman of the Aesop Board. Robert is an Economist and holds an MBA (Dean’s list) from IMD in Switzerland. He is also a UK Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). Before joining Natura in July 2010, he held different positions at Royal Philips Electronics, such as global CEO for Philips AVENT, Vice-President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Strategy and New Business Development for the Consumer division based in Amsterdam and for Philips LATAM in São Paulo, Brazil. He also worked as Investment Banker, focused on M&A execution, at HSBC Investment Bank in London, and at KPMG Corporate Finance in London and Brazil.

Erasmo Toledo

Leader of Direct Sales

Erasmo Toledo is the Leader of Direct Sales in Brazil. He has been with the Company since 1990, and he held different positions, such as Director of International Businesses, Commercial Management and Innovation Director, Brazil’s Commercial Management Director, General Manager in Peru and Operations Manager in Argentina. Erasmo Toledo graduated in Economy at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), and is a post-graduate in Finance Administration at Universidade de São Paulo (USP); he attended the Management Development Program at Auccion Escuela y Negocios (IAE – Argentina), and also attended courses at Institutions such as Don Cabral, INSEAD and Amana-Key on Advanced Management.

Itamar Gaino Filho

Legal Director

Itamar Gaino Filho is graduated in Law at PUC-SP. He holds a master degree from the same university, has a specialization course by Instituto Internacional de Ciências Sociais and experience in the legal and tax areas in multinational companies. He worked as Legal Director at PepsiCo, where he was responsible for food and beverage divisions. His experience also includes management positions at General Motors, Monsanto and Coca-Cola Femsa.

Andrea Figueiredo Teixeira Álvarez

Vice President of Marketing, Innovation and Sustainability

Graduated in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, she led the snack foods division of PepsiCo Latin America. Before PepsiCo, the company she worked for fifteen years, she worked for seven years at Procter & Gamble in Brazil as grouper new business and brand manager.
